We intend to deliver primarily Software and Remote Support Solutions to our clients, but are available for virtually any on-site or off-site consulting needs you may have. In particular, we offer:

  • Software Development.  Your enterprise has a business challenge that can only be met with a custom solution; we have the product expertise, development skills (Java or .NET), and customer relationship experience to ensure that your project is delivered on-time and within budget.
     
  • Remote Support Services. Oracle acquired BEA last year, and let's face it - they're still working on training their support staff to support the WebCenter Interaction stack.  We've got years of product experience with the WebCenter Suite (formerly, AquaLogic Interaction, formerly Plumtree Foundations).  We can provide rapid problem resolution when and if issues present themselves, without the need for a full-time consultant.
     
  • 24x7x365 Monitoring and Problem Resolution.  The portal doesn't take care of itself.  It needs software to monitor it and someone to respond when failures occur.  We can provide that software and be there for those times when there is a failure, responding promptly and restoring functionality any time of the day, any day of the year.
